The jug is hand-crafted for us, using traditional manufacturing methods, by a small artisan, family run, factory in Portugal. The area is renowned for its ceramic excellence and expertise. Produced from earthenware, this characterful Maran cockerel is delicately hand-painted in mixed shades of brown and red. He sits proudly on a green plinth, and will bring warmth and cheer to any kitchen.
An excellent present for any chicken lovers - ideal for weddings, anniversaries or house-warmings, or simply an indulgent gift for oneself.

Packaging - The jugs are packaged in brown mail order boxes with inners to keep the jug in place and within a carton for shipping.
Delivery - The jugs are sent out on a two-three-day delivery service. Next Day delivery is an option, but orders must be received by midday.
Care - They can be cleaned in a dishwasher, but we strongly recommend that they be washed by hand.
Environment Friendly - No plastic is used in the production of these jugs and their innovative design encourages people to drink more water.
