Refund policy

If you are not happy with your glug jug by Gurgly, we will happily give you a refund once the jug is returned to us in saleable condition.   Please wrap the box and address, without writing and sticking tape to the box.   As soon as the jug is returned safely to us, we will issue a refund to your account by the method you paid for it.
